| Since the 1980's Queen Beatrix has been wearing Diamond and Fire Opal jewellery. Fire Opals tend to have a bright Orange colour. The earrings ( long and short version) (1) and brooch (2) are definitely a set. There's also a diamond bracelet (3) containing three large oval shaped fire opals and a white gold/platinum ring set with diamonds and a fire opal (4). Princess Maxima has also worn these jewels on occasion. |
