Queen Wilhelmina wore the necklace with large diamond pendants 3. and large drop pearl pendants 4 . Queen Juliana has worn the necklace as a hair ornament during her state visit to the US in 1952. Princess Margriet wore the necklace as a tiara in 1971 #. Queen Beatrix was never seen with the necklace, although her sister Irene wore it on occasion. In recent years only Princess Maxima and Margriet have been seen wearing this simple but stunning necklace. Queen Beatrix does however wear the bracelet on occasion.
